At Lumera, each lighting piece is carefully selected or produced specifically for our customers.
Made-to-order items
Products manufactured or ordered specifically for a customer are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or solution at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
